Meet the land and the people. The culinary peaks of the both cross-border regions, “Carinthia” and “Lake Klopein – southern Austrian Carinthia”, in combination with fun, interesting and delicious program await you on the journey where we go back in time when life was more simple.
Arrival and check in. Dinner.
Breakfast. Ride with a raft on the river Drava: 2 hours rafting program includes the traditional rafter’s baptism, musical program and a small meal. We will visit the rotunda from 11th Century, one of the oldest churches in Carinthia. We will walk to the renovated tollbooth, where they used to collect bridge toll, directly on the river Drava.
Breakfast. After breakfast, we will visit the village smithy in Eisenkappel, where we will learn a lot about forging. We will have a meal at the guesthouse Florian. We will visit the family ecological winery in Sittersdorf. We will visit the estate, the arched cellar and the vineyard, we will also of course taste the wine and regional snacks.
Breakfast. In just one day, we will visit two countries and two mills. In the morning, we will drive to Jamnica and see the Povh mill and in the afternoon, we will visit the oil-extraction plant Erschen and a tourist farm. Both farms will offer you homemade delicacies.

Price includes:
4 nights stay in a half board in the chosen 3* hotel (double room), raft cruise on the river Drava with a snack (goulash, polenta, bread), tastings and entrance fees according to the program, organization and guidance.
