Company NARDA - Kareta Turizem d.o.o. ensures that all the information entrusted to us will be protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and will not be transmitted to third parties. Company NARDA - Kareta Turizem d.o.o. operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.
The data will be used exclusively for purposes of notifying the buyer/traveller about the order status (in case the buyer in the online store makes a purchase) and on the explicit desire of the buyer to inform him about new products/programs and discounts. We guarantee that the data of buyers and users will be used only for purposes of smooth workflow of process. In case of problems the web site's owner reserves the right to contact the buyer via email in order to resolve the problem or misunderstanding. A buyer, who makes a registration authorizes the site owner to collect and use personal information that he enters when registering. All information that a buyer indicates when registering are used only for the operation of the provider or managing the orders. The data entered by the buyer at the time of registration is permanently stored in a computer system, properly protected and secured. We cannot be held responsible for any "intrusion" into the computer system!
